Plot summary
Ajay Mehra (Sunny Deol) is released from prison after serving a 14-year sentence for killing Balwant Rai, a corrupt politician who had killed his brother and framed him for murder. Ajay starts a news channel called Satyakam, which exposes the wrongdoings of the powerful and influential people in society. He also runs a vigilante group that helps the police in solving crimes.

One day, four college students, Anushka (Aanchal Munjal), Varun (Rishabh Arora), Rohan (Shivam Patil) and Zoya (Diana Khan), accidentally record a video of a murder at a traffic signal. The video shows Raj Bansal (Narendra Jha), a wealthy businessman and Kabir Bansal (Abhilash Kumar), his drug-addicted son, killing an RTI activist who had filed a case against them. Raj Bansal learns about the video and sends his goons to retrieve it and eliminate the witnesses.
The four students manage to escape and contact Ajay Mehra for help. Ajay agrees to help them and takes them to his office. However, Raj Bansal uses his connections with the Home Minister (Manoj Joshi) and the Police Commissioner (Zakir Hussain) to launch a manhunt for Ajay and the kids. He also hires an assassin named Troy (Sebastien Vandenberghe) to kill them.
Ajay and the kids are chased by Raj Bansal's men and the police across the city. They face many obstacles and dangers, but also get support from Ajay's friends and colleagues, such as ACP Joe D'Souza (Om Puri), Dr Riya (Soha Ali Khan), Rajguru (Harsh Chhaya) and Nana (Ramesh Deo). Ajay also learns that Raj Bansal was behind the murder of his mentor Joe D'Souza, who had helped him in exposing Balwant Rai's crimes.
Ajay decides to take the fight to Raj Bansal's home, where he confronts him and Kabir. He manages to defeat them and rescue his daughter Ananya (Ruhanika Dhawan), who was kidnapped by them. He also broadcasts the video of the murder to the public, exposing Raj Bansal's crimes. The film ends with Ajay being hailed as a hero by the people and continuing his crusade against corruption.
